I take a targeted, consultative approach to every search. I learn the institution, the program, the leadership dynamics and what success in the role actually requires—then identify people who make sense in that environment, not merely people whose résumés match a title.
The goal is not to produce the longest candidate list. It is to understand the mandate, assess leadership fit and bring forward people capable of changing the organization for the better.
